The proposed patch does not work because it results in Kickoff using icons from
the Breeze icon theme instead of the Breeze Plasma theme, and some of them are
different and don't look as good.
There is no problem with Kickoff here; it seems that issue is that the Oxygen
Plasma theme lacks icons, so Kickoff falls back to the Breeze theme.
