I didn't see this bug so I created a dupe, this is my info:

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This has happened 3 days in a row after I've booted (with Discover
auto-starting) and each time I've manually checked or Discover has auto-checked
during the day. Only happened after a Neon Dev Stable Update.
