Latte Dock Spacer's tooltip
The Latte Dock Spacer is very useful, but the annoying thing about it is a
tooltip which pops up when hovering over the applet. It happens even when the
cursor travels very quickly over the panel and hovering time is very short.
I think it would be better to disable this tooltip altogether, as it doesn't
provide any meaningful information and is a source of annoyance.
