SUMMARY
kubuntu 18.04 is awesome -thank you. This is a feature request for a
double-click titlebar behaviour to maximise (and unmaximise) window.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Double-click a window titlebar

Nothing happens

Window becomes maximised (or un-maximised)
