SUMMARY
The Plasma-Discover icon shows updates available. There are always 2 updates
listed but when I open Plasma-Discover, there are no updates
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. apt-get clean && apt-get autoclean
2. pkcon refresh

OBSERVED RESULT
2 updates are always listed
EXPECTED RESULT
No updates should be listed and plasma-discover should be hidden in the system
tray.
