SUMMARY
When I press the Meta-key my Application Launcher most likely opens on the
second monitor. It should open on the currently active monitor (which is
already being tracked by KWin).
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Connect a second monitor
2. Press the meta key
OBSERVED RESULT
Application launcher always opens on the same monitor.
EXPECTED RESULT
The Application launcher that is on the currently active monitor should be
activated. If there are two application launchers on one monitor open the one
closest to the mouse?
