SUMMARY
The configure dialog does not allow shrinking below a certain size. If the
dialog does not fit into the screen resolution, there is no way to access the
buttons that fall outside the screen area. No scroll is provided.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use a screen with low resolution (mine is 1366x768)
2. Open Kile Configure menu and go to (eg) the build configuration dialog

OBSERVED RESULT
OK/Cancel buttons fall outside the screen and cannot be accessed
EXPECTED RESULT
I would like to be able to resize the dialog and scroll down to the OK/Cancel
buttons
