Summary: since about 6 weeks ago file performance for any task
is painfully slow. Unusable for all actions. No other
application on my PC displays this behaviour

app launches in normal time to Home screen.
Account selection is normal, however any file actions cause it to slowdown to a
crawl.
Try and perform any file task causes waiting circle to spin, if the app is
touched it says Application has stopped. Wait for about 1 - 2 minutes and task
is performed.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.launch app
2.click on any file action
3.
Actual Results:
extremely slow
Expected Results:
should perform immediately with no lag
Win10, running 16GB RAM, 240GB SSD 'c' drive and Intel i7-3930k CPU @ 3.2GH
