We have MP4 files that generate multiple channels of audio. KDEnlive only knows
how to open the first channel.

There should be a way to be able to split out *all* of the audio channels from
an mp4 container file so that we don't have to use Audacity to export wav files
in order to start the job. Should be pretty easy.
