SUMMARY
To remove set of icons I need to click into "Get new Themes..." and find proper
icons set.
Sorry for this, but it reminds me popular, funny or illogical activity from
Microsoft Windows, where to close system user needs to click into Start
(button) :-/.
Would be nice to have possibility of uninstalling set of icons directly from
Icons window.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run System Setting
2. Click into Appearance -> Icons
3. Try to remove any set of icons

OBSERVED RESULT
Need to click into "Get new Themes..." button to remove icons set

Properly button or option in context menu strongly would improved removing of
icons set.
