Thank you. The dialogs in Firefox and Libreoffice are actually being nice to
you by only showing you locations that they can access. Observe also that only
Kate has the Network place. The missing places require KIO support in the apps
themselves and won't be visible until and unless LibreOffice and Firefox gain
KIO support.
