[digikam] [Bug 399552] Treeview album list. Add 2-3 album icon/(thumb) sizes. Add option to add image as album thumb. Add option to apply tags, color codes and stars to treeview-albums.

All common icon sizes are now supported, 16, 22, 32, 48 and 64. An image can be
set as an album thumbnail, either via the right mouse button menu above the
image or by Drag & Drop to the album. I am not sure about the wish to rating
the albums, I do not think so.
