STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Take a screenshot
2. Click Save
3. Export the saved image to Gwenview, Gimp...
OBSERVED RESULT
Gwenview, Gimp... opens the file in /tmp/Spectacle...
EXPECTED RESULT
Gwenview, Gimp... opens the saved file in ~/Pictures/...
