I didn't change anyhting in shortcuts, but just to make sure, I went through all the shortcuts list - Ctrl+W is assigned only to "Close". I tried to assign it again to the same command and assign to other, then assign back - didn't work, it still says it's ambigious. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Open document. 2. Try to close it by Ctrl+W. OBSERVED RESULT "Ambigious shortcut" warning popup. EXPECTED RESULT Document closed.
