Then I chose qtcurve in settings (so at this point files in home should be default and have default permissions) and imported this Manjaro.qtcurve and there was no change. Qtcurve always gets back to current. So I think it has nothing to do with my settings. I think it is a bug, but I don't know if this is qtcurve bug or something distribution specific.
