SUMMARY
When I have a title clip on my track and add the effect "Fade to black" it
works perfectly.
The fade takes 1 second.
If I stretch the title clip on the track now, the "Fade to black" becomes
invalid.
It seems to fade to black too early (at the same position as before) and
therefore I have to delete the effect and readd it to make it work again.

Stretching the title clip on the video track should keep the fade to black
effect at the end of the clip.
