Since the update to plasma 5.6 full screen windows go below the panel although
it is set to "always visible". Please note that this is with a single monitor
setup!
This did not happen with plasma 5.5.x. Not sure if kwin is the correct
component or it should better be reported against plasmashell.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set panel to "always visible"
2. open some window, e.g. konsole
3. click on the maximize button
Actual Results:
window goes below the panel, e.g uses the full screen
Expected Results:
Window should cover the whole screen except the panel
