latte shows double border at first
SUMMARY
when I use the attached latte lay out there is a double border around the panel
after startup.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start up neon with attached lay out in latte as active lay out
2. panel will show a double border
3. shut down latte and start it again - the double border is gone (attachement)
