Capture of error message
The plugin doesn't load anymore. I *think* it was working in earlier versions
4.0.x - but I'm not sure
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable the "Palette Docker" in Settings -> Configure Krita -> Python Plugin
Manager -> [v] Palette Docker
2. See error message (attached) on mouse over
