If you use a recent KMail version (>= 18.04.0), install the kdepim-addons package (name may differ), enable the expert plugin (in settings / plugins). Once done, restart KMail and in the "Message" menu, select the "Show message structure" option. When a message has files attached, they are shown below the message body, you can select the ones you want and RMB / Open -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
