Bug ID: 399040 Summary: Lack of option to configure task buttons spacing/paddings in Latte tasks Product: latte-dock Version: 0.8.1 Platform: Archlinux Packages OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: plasmoid Assignee: mvourla...@gmail.com Reporter: miyaokamar...@gmail.com Target Milestone: --- SUMMARY Lack of option to configure task buttons spacing/padding in Latte tasks. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Open Latte panel settings. 2. Enable advanced settings. 3. Try to find an option to add spacing/padding to task buttons / pined items. EXPECTED RESULT Clear set of options to add horizontal and vertical spacing between buttons and padding inside button. ACTUAL RESULT No such options. SOFTWARE VERSIONS (available in About System) KDE Plasma Version: 5.13.5. KDE Frameworks Version: 5.50.0 (?). Qt Version: 5.11.2. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION I have the following use case: I have only one 20px height panel at the top of screen which combines both global menu, task panel, tray, other widgets. It's great because it efficiently uses both vertical and horizontal space of the screen, but clicking the buttons on taskbar becomes literally pixelhunt. It's more frequent action than clicking the tray icons, so buttons must have larger area. But Latte enforces buttons to be square, so they become inaccessible 20x20 squares which hard to point and click. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
