Yes, you can add image title when printing through kipi plugin Print assistant.
However I found this a basic feature, which should be accessible directly from
Gwenview print dialog (as it was in Kuickshow), and not hidden in print
assisant, which is meant to be used for advanced printing (like when printing
multiple photos). However when printing one image at a time, one would IMHO not
look for the option in Print assistant.
