before reboot picture with a few settings configured.

i have 3 monitors all connected to a single RX470 GPU on a fresh install of
fedora 28. after the updates are installed i make simple changes to the desktop
to set my primary monitor and put them in proper order and change the
wallpapers. then i put a single panel on each monitor and set the task settings
for each one to show only tasks from current screen and show only tasks from
current desktop.

once i reboot my screens seem to go back to when it was a fresh install. some
times the wallpapers are remembered but i get the monitor 'bar' that you get
when after a fresh install asking you what to do with the monitors(shown in
screenshots). the primary is not primary and the order of the monitors are out
of wack. also the 'show only' tasks are not functioning.

in the attachments below is the before(first) and after(second) to illustrate
what i mean. also to note this happened to me on the KDE variant of stable
manjaro. this does not happen to me on kubuntu 18.04.1 with the PPAs added.
