On 1st of March there was a framework update in openSUSE 42.1 from version
5.16.0 to 5.19.0 and after that update some application and mime type icons got
changed to breeze icon theme. For example VLC, SMPlayer, Ktorrent, picture and
video mime types and shutdown, reboot, log-out icons in the KDE menu are now
changed to breeze. I tried to change icon theme to adwaita and then back to
oxygen, but still they stay breeze no mater what. When I uninstalled this
framework update in openSUSE 42.1 and went back to version 5.16.0 all them
icons went back to normal to my default oxygen icon theme that I prefer.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select oxygen icon theme and see icons for shutdown, reboot, log-out, VLC,
SMPlayer, Ktorrent, picture and video mime types.
2. Update framework in openSUSE 42.1 from 5.16.0 to 5.19.0.

Actual Results:
After the update icons of them are changed to those from breeze icon theme
(svg).
Expected Results:
They should not change.
