For fees paid by selling shares, I have an account which does this, and I just
enter a plain sell transaction, with an explicit fee of the exact amount of the
sale. I don't really understand what change is needed to allow this, unless it
is just a way of needing to enter less data - you still need to enter the
amount of the fee and either price per share or number of shares.
