At the desktop containment Ctrl+C won't copy the item to the clipboard, and
Ctrl+X won't cut the item and copy it to the clipboard.
However, copying or cutting items by mouse will work.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Show desktop.
2. Select item to copy or cut.
3. Press Ctrl+C / Ctrl+X
Actual Results:
The clipboard won't be populated with copied/cut item, hence no pasting either.
Expected Results:
The clipboard would be populated with copied/cut item, so that pasting is
possible.
