Since [1] KIconThemes supports the Icon Scale attribute from the Icon Theme
Specification [2]. Breeze should provide @2x scaled icons for e.g. actions and
places, so we don't end up using colorful hard to see icons. For instance,
Dolphin's sidebar uses colorful icons on high dpi as it loads the 32px icon
which isn't meant to be used like this.
