This upstream issue has more implications. For LibreOffice I am using kwin rules in order for the titlebar to force a specific color palette (that way I can match the titlebar with the libreoffice theme used in it). Even though this was working for LibreOffice 5, it doesnt for LibreOffice 6. In order to apply that kwin rule I have to re-enter at RightClick TitleBar->More Actions->Special Application Settings and click Ok.
