Here you will found all bundles + PGP signatures + checksums. https://files.kde.org/digikam/ The source code tarball is not here because it just published only a release date. This folder is only to host intermediate release bundles for testing. But the rules are the same to compute the PGP signature for the tarball. Please check if all is fine for you.
