This persists in the current KDE5 applications and also holds for the
ipp/ipps/https-based printing options as well (so changing title of bug report
to be more general). This is certainly important as in

ipp://username:password@server:631/printers/printername

the username and password need to be %-encoded. There seems to be no
readily-Googleable information about this. Namely, the link shown at the bottom
goes to http://localhost:631/help/network.html, where nothing about this is
mentioned.
