I have followed the steps you suggested and all versions of Appimage files have worked correctly. I then put back in their place (with the correct names) the folder $HOME/.local/share/krita/ and the file $HOME/.config/kritarc with my configurations (Workspaces, paintoppresets, brush...) that I had previously renamed and the Appimage files again work!!!
