Everyday, randomly, the hidden panel (visibility set to always hidden) I have
will not show itself (sometimes). Latte dock is also hidden but it does show on
hover, as it should.
The way I can get it to show is to activate the menu for example, or any other
widget. Even the task manager itself when activated with a keyboard shortcut
will make the panel to show itself, but the cursor alone won't. After this the
panel is "fixed", that is the hover will work, but only until the next time.
The panel I have is a default panel with a menu, task manager, system tray,
pager, spectacle widget, 3 extra widgets to some scripts, the system tray and
the even calendar widget.
