I can reproduce the issue on Fedora 28 with
plasma-browser-integration-5.13.4-1.fc28.x86_64 and
firefox-61.0.2-1.fc28.x86_64 installed.
It does seem to depend on the browser configuration however. Have you tried
restarting Firefox or starting it with a different (fresh) profile?
