This only happens with the special pages khelpcenter produces itself, namely:
- overview pages (like the table of contents)
- search results
- glossary entries
Since the HTML for these pages is created on-the-fly by khelpcenter and
injected in the HTML view, asking the view to reload the current URL will not
work properly, and thus the error pages.
Sadly the interaction with the KHTMLPart settings is not exactly clean...
