When a screenshot is taken, the mouse pointer is captured by default.*
If a user decides to to exclude the mouse pointer, the option "Include mouse
pointer" has to be unchecked and another screenshot has to be taken.
Therefore, I suggest two always take two screenshots: One with the mouse and
one without.
Concretely, if the user unchecks "Include mouse pointer", the preview
screenshot should be updated and the image without the pointer should be saved.
* This should also work if the mouse pointer is excluded by default.
