Despite "Reverse Scroll Direction" being toggled, the setting is forgotten upon
restart/startup.
Reproduce:
- Toggle "Reverse Scroll Direction" > mouse scroll direction _reversed_
- Restart or Shutdown/StartUp
- "Reverse Scroll Direction" still toggled > mouse scroll direction _normal_
- RE-Toggle "Reverse Scroll Direction" > mouse scroll direction _reversed_
