When I go to File > Print Preview > Page Setup, Page size is incorrect.
It defaults to A4. It should be US Letter.
The top drop-down shows Inches (in).
The Page size can be changed but is not remembered after Print Preview is
closed.
Bug 174354 specifically addresses the Print dialog.
File > Print > Properties is okay. Defaults to US Letter in my case.
(Regional Settings > Formats = en_US)
