A screenshot of my current workspace setup

This is more just a minor annoyance to my personal workspace, but seeing as it
doesn't appear to be the intended behavior for this program, I decided to
submit a bug report anyways.
Two dockers in my workspace aren't moving at all, and they aren't listed in the
Settings > Dockers menu, so I can't close them. In the default workspace
configuration in 4.1.1, they are the ones at the very top, just below all the
menus.

I made this specific workspace in version 4.1.0, and at that point I was able
to move them around from the default position as long as I didn't put them
anywhere else along the canvas edges. Essentially, once I moved them, they were
stuck.

To reproduce the issue (note that this only works in version 4.1.0, as these
specific dockers are completely immobile on 4.1.1):
Take the default workspace configuration, drag the docker with the eraser
button, and place it in the far left side of the workspace. That's it. Once
it's there, it's stuck.

I only have one display active (my tablet) at any given moment.
I'm using a Huion Kamvas GT-191 tablet.
This problem persists on any and all canvas resolutions, sizes, etc.
Here's my hardware info:
