Horizontally, system tray’s icons, except the arrow to open/close the
notification panel, aren’t clickable on the last top/bottom pixel of the
screen.
Vertically, task manager and system tray icons, including the arrow icon,
aren’t clickable on the last left/right pixel of the screen.
