That commit made things much worse, I'm afraid. Now none of Discover's toolbars
have header text when the window is somewhat narrow, and the toolbar buttons
are never positioned properly.
Can you test with Discover (especially the Settings and Updates pages) before
pushing the next fix? Thanks!
