Or use standard XDG autostart mechanisms to disable it.
One example,
mkdir ~/.config/autostart/
cp /etc/xdg/autostart/kdeconnectd.desktop ~/.config/autostart/
echo "Hidden=true" >> ~/.config/autostart/kdeconnectd.desktop
