I use Plasma/Wayland with 2x scaling.
At logon, plasmashell comes up with 1x scaling and doesn't update when KWin
sets the output scale to 2x. So I restart plasmashell to fix the scaling.
After restarting plasmashell, I then experience lots of wrongly-sized and/or
pixelated theme elements. Until I kill the shell, delete the theme cache from
~/.cache and restart the shell.
