Can reproduce using Dolphin. Not sure it's worth fixing though since:
- This is a very infrequenly-used KIOSlave
- Dolphin doesn't really continue with the whole "everything is a file on your
filesystem" paradigm
- There are a number of easy methods to launch a specific KCM directly
including using KRunner (GUI) and `kcmshell <kcm name>` (CLI)
