It looks like Qt uses GTK native color dialogs on GTK platforms. It is possible
that this integration has a bug in the Qt libraries.
Please report this issue directly to Qt developers via
https://bugreports.qt.io/
They can check if the issue is with their integration, or if the issue is in
the GTK dialog.
In the meantime, use this command in Konsole to start kolourpaint:
XDG_CURRENT_DESKTOP=KDE kolourpaint
