            Bug ID: 395901
Summary: Setting gamma for individual screens does not work
           Product: KScreen
           Version: 5.13.1
          Platform: Other
                OS: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: kcm
          Assignee: se...@kde.org
          Reporter: tho...@mitterfellner.at
  Target Milestone: ---

I have two screens set up: my laptop's screen and an external monitor connected
via HDMI. The "sync screens" checkbox is not checked, but strangely, the combo
box is greyed and only shows "Screen 1" despite the Display section of the
configuration module showing both monitors. Consequently, both screens are
affected when I drag the slider.

Am I misunderstanding what is written here:
https://docs.kde.org/trunk5/en/kde-workspace/kcontrol/kgamma5/index.html –
should it actually be possible to set the gamma for each display individually
when I use two screens with only one graphics card? Is there a difference
between a "screen", a "display" and a "monitor" in that context or are they
same? If that should actually work, what can I do to debug it (provide debug
info)?
