Ah, the problem is that you're using a version of Windows that is not supported
by us. We only support Windows 7 (for now), Windows 8 (but we cannot test with
it) and Windows 10. Windows Server 2008 doesn't have the api hooks we can use
to determine whether there's a tablet connected or not.
