The videos linked in the description are not available anymore, but I guess
"dragging" refers to panning the image (opposed to drag-and-drop). If so, with
a recent version of Gwenview it works fine for me, i.e. after pressing down and
while moving the mouse the cursor changes to the "closed hand" style.
@Fisiu: Could you try whether you can still reproduce?
