I'm sorry, but things like this have been shown in the past couple of years to
be always a problem with the tablet driver, not with Krita. If we'd wanted to
look into this, we would need some information, like version of Krita, tablet
brand, driver version, output of the tablet log -- but to be honest, in the
end, we'd be telling you
* try to update the tablet driver
* reset the tablet driver settings
* reset Krita's settings
* try with the Windows 8 Pointer API option in Krita's settings
And if that doesn't work, sends us a sample of the hardware, because it might
be doing something really weird.
And no, it doesn't matter if the tablet works with other applications: tablet
manufacturers often only test with certain applications, instead of developing
their drivers to conform to the standards.
