Kate version: 15.12.1
After launching a new session, or opening a saved session, kate sidebar with
document list does not show. Selecting 'View'->'Tool Views'->'Show Sidebars'
does nothing.
I don't see anything relevant in stdout/stderr if launched from command line.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch kate
2. Observe sidebar missing
3. Select sidebar option from menu
4. Observe sidebar still missing
Expected Results:
Sidebar should appear when enabled from 'View' menu
