Occasionally, the cursor also changes to an alternate (such as the Breeze-Dark cursor). After updating to 5.13 and trying to reset my cursor, now on Chrome I always get a small (non-HiDPI-scaled) cursor. I was able to sort of fix it by changing the cursor size from "resolution dependent" to "48" to "resolution dependent" and back to "48," which seems to have reset something under the hood. Now I don't get the size change in the titlebar and application menu, but I still do at random times (when loading a new program).
